I am a freelance designer, sculptor, modelmaker and moldmaker. Since 1983, I have provided services to the tableware and giftware industries, developing new products in ceramics, glass, metals, and resin.

My clients range from the giants of mass-market dinnerware, to the makers of the finest porcelain and crystal, to the studios of individual artists, designers and craftspeople. Models leave my studio, near Albany, NY, destined for factories throughout the Americas, Europe, and Asia. (Please see the "Client List" page)

My work is informed by a lifetime of experience as an artist, designer, sculptor, potter, mold & modelmaker, and teacher. I also bring an academic background in Fine Arts and Ceramics (High School of Music and Art, NYC; BFA, Rhode Island School of Design; MA, California State University, Fullerton).
